Suitablefor both commercial and domestic espresso machines in the routine maintenance of back flushing and removal of coffee oil residue andscum on group heads, valves, lines and associated parts. This formulation has been developed to maximise cleaning action and efficiency, whilst being safe to all surfaces on the coffee machine. Regular cleaning will ensure that the coffee produced will not be tainted by unclean and oil stained surfaces, hence producing amuch better coffee

Formulation

• Low alkalinity – Clean machine uses a polyphosphate system ensuring it is low alkaline and hence suitable for aluminium and plastic surfaces as well as reducing deterioration on seals normally accelerated by other brand powders in the cleaning process.
• Per oxygen compound – releases oxygen during the cleaning process. This oxidization lifts and removes staining and gumming caused by coffee oil residue.
• Detergents – This product uses a triple combination of nonionic, anionic and amphoteric detergents to assist in emulsification and solubalisation whilst controlling the foaming action.
